Reservations

A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. Unpaid bookings are held for 24 hours and then released automatically.

Rates shown are per room per night in INR and include applicable GST and breakfast. Extra beds are complimentary within the stated room occupancy.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in: 15:00 hrs at The Ananta Udaipur (14:00 hrs at other Ananta properties). Check-out: 11:00 hrs.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Early check-in before 07:00 hrs attracts a full day charge.

Late check-out till 18:00 hrs attracts a half day charge (50% of room tariff); thereafter full day charges apply.

Early departure may be charged for the entire booked stay.

Identification

A valid government photo ID is mandatory for all guests above 5 years of age.

Indian nationals may present Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Aadhaar card or bank passbook with photo. Foreign nationals must present Passport and Visa.

Occupancy

Maximum 3 adults in a single-bedroom cottage/room. Each room must have at least one adult, and guest numbers must not exceed the maximum occupancy shown for the room category.

Kids above 8 years are chargeable as per hotel policy.

House rules

Pets are not allowed. Hookah and arms are not allowed. Outside food is not allowed.

Smoking is allowed in designated smoking rooms only. Swimming costume is mandatory for pool use.

Photo shoots on the premises incur an additional cost. Safe deposit lockers are available at the front office.

Conduct & liability

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused during their stay.

The management reserves the right of admission and may ask guests to vacate in case of misconduct.

The hotel is not responsible for any injury or ill health arising from use of hotel facilities.
