What we collect
To process a reservation we collect only: your name, email address, contact number, stay dates, number of guests and rooms, room categories and your UPI transaction reference (UTR). We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs, ID documents or any banking credentials on this website.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to create and manage your booking, verify your payment, send booking confirmations and contact you about your stay.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Details are shared only with the property team serving your stay, or where required by law.
Security
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Booking records are accessible only with your booking ID and email, or to authorised staff through a secured admin login.
Retention & your rights
We retain booking records only as long as needed for the stay, accounting and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to reservations@theanatahotales.com.
