How to cancel

Call or WhatsApp us with your booking ID, or email reservations@theanatahotales.com from the email used to book.

Cancellation charges

Cancellation 2 or more days (48 hours or more) before the arrival date: the full amount is refunded.

Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival: the full amount is charged.

No-show: treated as a cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, so the full amount is charged.

Early departure: the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire booked stay.

Peak dates & packages

Special packages or festive dates may carry different terms. Any such terms will be clearly shown to you before you pay.
